How to return
Please email info@heymat.com for additional information.
We will forward you the documents needed to return your mat with DHL, but we do not cover return costs, and will therefore withdraw 20€ from your refund.

Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it within 30 days. The mat must be unused and undamaged.  

Refunds 
We will refund your payment as soon as we have received the goods with the same payment solution as used when entering your order.
