Returns & Refunds
If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery*. The mat must be unused and undamaged.
Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your refund. Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive a refund through your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
*Orders placed from November 1 have an extended return period until January 31 to accommodate the holiday season.
Return Fees
• United States: 15 USD
• Norway: 99 NOK
• Denmark: 150 DKK
• Sweden: 200 SEK
• Rest of Europe: 20 EUR
The return fee will be subtracted from your refund.

Fill out the return form and state the reason for your return.
Print the return label — you can find it here.
Use the return code: HEYRETUR
Place the mat and the return form in the original packaging, or another suitable bag, and seal it securely.
Attach the return label and deliver the parcel to your nearest PostNord drop-off point.
